By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making an appointment.

1. General Use

  • Our website is intended to provide information about our services and allow you to book appointments online.

  • By using our booking system, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text.

  • Deposit Policy (where applicable): Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service and are non-refundable in cases of late cancellation or no-show.

  • Service Accuracy: Please ensure you book the correct service for your needs. If you’re unsure, contact us before booking so we can guide you.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less notice, will result in automatic 50% service charge will be charged to your CC on file. Failing to show up, may result in a 100% fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.

4. Late Arrivals

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or modify your service to stay on schedule, or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late arrival policies are handled case by case to ensure fairness to all clients.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Please arrive with your hair in the condition specified for your service (e.g., clean, dry, free from excessive styling products for dry cuts). Please see our FAQs for more details.

  • If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or accessibility needs, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate you whenever possible.

6. Service Guarantee

  • We want every client to leave loving their hair. Our services are guaranteed for one week from the date of your initial appointment, provided you’ve followed the aftercare instructions given by your stylist. This guarantee applies to technical issues (for example, a foil slipping, toner not fully taking, a missed grey patch, or an uneven section in a haircut) as well as results that differ from what was originally agreed upon. Final decisions regarding this guarantee are at your stylist’s discretion.

  • Adjustments are complimentary within the specified time frame, provided they align with the original agreed-upon service, otherwise they shall be booked and charged as a new service.

7. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit and most major credit cards.

  • Any additional services added during your appointment will be charged accordingly.

8. No Refunds

  • All services and products are non-refundable.

  • If you’re not satisfied, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments within the guidelines of our Service Guarantee (see Section 6).

9. Zero Tolerance Policy

  • We are committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for both clients and staff.

  • Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Anyone who violates this policy will be asked to leave immediately and may be banned from future appointments.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Tracy Does My Hair unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide excellent services and maintain a safe environment, Tracy Does My Hair is not responsible for outcomes that differ from expectations due to factors beyond our control (e.g., prior chemical treatments, undisclosed hair history).

12. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

By booking an appointment through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
